Agentic Review ReportIncremental review of StructuralNo findings. Independently checked the incremental changes: fixture inputs, literals, configurations, stored objectives, and executable behavior are unchanged. The changes remove or condense comments and adjust formatting. Four files additionally lose optional trailing commas through rustfmt; those differences were inspected individually and are behavior-preserving. QualityNo findings. Ordinary fixture commentary duplicating inputs, witnesses, and objective values was removed. Fresh extraction confirmed 14 concise comments remain to explain construction choices, representation constraints, invariants, or lower bounds. Checked the Tucker obstruction, the star's bandwidth lower bound, and the corrected strong-connectivity budget rationale against the actual fixtures. No comment-removal candidates occurred inside string data. No new tests are warranted for this behavior-preserving cleanup. Feature test and verificationThe parent agent ran the required gates on the final changes: The parent also exercised the real CLI: created the canonical Severity-ranked findingsNone. Review was read-only; no builds were rerun by this reviewer. Verification execution is attributed above to the parent agent; runtime behavior is unchanged by this incremental diff. |

Agentic Review Report
Reviewed PR #1208 at cd7e66b80831989a383f8ef1b97f5d41f858cc92 against merge base 875b6e86d5a87e5f66c2f6743be9d22abe917a09.
Structural and semantic
No findings. A literal-aware token comparison covered all 482 changed Rust files. 478 have identical noncomment tokens. The other four only remove optional trailing commas after comment removal: src/models/formula/qbf.rs, src/models/misc/minimum_internal_macro_data_compression.rs, src/rules/longestcommonsubsequence_maximumindependentset.rs, and src/rules/minimumvertexcover_ensemblecomputation.rs. Those differences were inspected individually. The JavaScript and Typst changes affect comments only. Added documentation correctly distinguishes permutation witnesses from reference-solver enumeration. No fixture literals or executable behavior change.
Quality
git diff --check passed. The exact PR head has nine successful CI checks, including tests, formatting, Clippy, coverage, and platform builds. Existing PR review comments were read and treated as supporting evidence, not a replacement for the token check.
Feature test
Not applicable to this behavior-preserving comment cleanup. No new build, test suite, or CLI installation was run by this reviewer. The nine green checks are existing GitHub CI evidence.
Findings
None. Safe to merge this reviewed head after the parent verifies it remains current.

GATE: PASS
- harm.secrets: OK. No executable string or fixture data was introduced.
- harm.dangerous-files: OK. Changes are existing source and documentation files.
- harm.generated-artifacts: OK. No generated exports or build outputs.
- harm.cache: OK. No cache directories.
- harm.debug-leftovers: OK. No added probes or debugging behavior.
- pr.description-quality: OK. The body describes scope and verification.
- pr.traceable: OK. The body explains the cleanup and its expected behavior.
Remove redundant code narration, obsolete drafting notes, and unrelated issue/PR provenance across the library, CLI, tests, scripts, and paper. Correct stale documentation that described permutation solutions as Lehmer codes.
Review all 465 canonical model and reduction example functions. Ordinary fixtures now omit duplicated input lists, witness walkthroughs, and expected-value commentary. Retain 14 brief comments explaining unusual construction choices, ordering dependencies, solver budgets, invariants, or mathematical lower bounds.
Fixture inputs, configurations, stored objectives, and executable behavior remain unchanged. The diff removes 1,685 net lines; incidental formatting includes removal of optional trailing commas. Remove an incomplete ignored macro syntax snippet that duplicated the attribute reference and failed when ignored doctests were enabled.
Validation:
make check(formatting, Clippy, workspace tests including ignored doctests and canonical-example validation)make papernode --check scripts/generate_reduction_graph_layout.jsMinimumCoveringByCliquesexample throughpred, solve it independently with ILP, and verify the optimum is four. The existing example database checks every stored model witness against its declared value and checks optimality where a registered solver is suitable for its test budget. This is not a claim that every stored optimum has independent solver certification.
