Summary

Adds a second Best Practices article: x402 Payments on TRON: First-Time Approval and Resource Sponsoring (TRON 上的 x402 支付:首次授权与资源赞助).

  • Chinese text ported verbatim from boboliu-1010/trc20-resource-approve-article; English translation added.
  • Three diagrams added as SVG, with English variants (-en.svg).
  • Registered in the Best Practices sidebar and both overview pages.
  • Reviewer fixes applied: allowance confirmation in the English flow diagram, permissionId explained as the Resource Owner's non-zero Active Permission, and high-level vs. lower-level runtime factory clarified (checked against x402 v1.2.0 source).
  • Version bumped to 1.4.16.

Notes for reviewers

  • The article states the Official Facilitator will later support Nile approval sponsoring. Please confirm this plan is still current.
  • The original repo has no license; please confirm the author agrees to republication.

Test plan

  • npm run build passes for en and zh-Hans with onBrokenLinks: 'throw'
  • All six diagrams rendered and checked for text overflow

Port "TRON 上的 x402 支付:首次授权与资源赞助" from
boboliu-1010/trc20-resource-approve-article as the second Best Practices
