Description

This pull request introduces several new features and important fixes, most notably adding text selection support to interactive documents, improving CSS length and percentage calculations, and exposing additional DOM APIs and computed style properties. It also updates dependencies and documentation to reflect these enhancements.

These changes collectively enhance standards compliance, developer ergonomics, and feature completeness for interactive and scriptable rendering scenarios.

Important: Requires AngleSharp 1.10.0 and AngleSharp.Css 1.4.0 to be released first.
