Changes

• Restore the missing Terrain height generator and automatic material palette in AdaEditor, with regression coverage for large coordinates and palette capacity.
• Preserve resident Terrain data after reload failures and refresh the brush and ruler overlays when their presentation inputs change.
• Run Windows SwiftPM CI on Swift 6.3.1 with serial tests. Fix platform-specific save handling and test fixtures on Windows and Linux.

Validation

• Windows engine and portable compiler suites passed 3,015 tests locally. Mesh Terrain Authoring passed 48 tests.
• Linux engine suite passed 3,004 tests locally.
• Targeted AdaEditor Terrain and viewport checks passed. The new regression cases reproduced the defects before the fix and passed on the updated branch.
• Contributor tooling passed its 77-test run, with 11 skips. The final commit passed the quick checks.

Open blockers

• The full local headless AdaEditor run reported 53 issues, including MCP component inspection, terminal behavior, and native export.
• SwiftLint Analyze processed zero files locally, so analysis coverage is unverified. The contributor completion gate remains unsatisfied.
• The branch and draft were published with a one-time exception approved by the requester. macOS workflow files are preserved.
