Subject: [PATCH] Avoid VoiceOver interruptions from hidden text updates

Summary: Honor `accessibilityElementsHidden` on text and its ancestors before posting layout-change notifications for changed text. This prevents hidden text updates from interrupting VoiceOver announcements for visible content.
