Subject: [PATCH] Add dakkidaze org and PID D1CE (DS4 XInput Dongle)

PID 0xD1CE on the pid.codes shared VID 0x1209, for the DS4 -> Xbox 360
(XUSB) dongle firmware on the LCTech BL616. GPL-3.0 firmware, vendored
patched Bouffalo SDK (Apache-2.0).
