Subject: [PATCH] Even out the icons at the right end of the resource bar

Home, minimap and inbox now sit in a flex row with 6px gaps, centred
in the bar and clear of the scroll curl, instead of an inline-styled
block pushed 28px into the end cap. Whitespace inside the links is no
longer underlined between the icons.
